Returning a piece

Changed your mind about a color, or the bowl turned out bigger than you hoped? Open the order page of the partner store you bought from and choose return or replacement. Their return window and conditions apply.

Something is wrong with it

A tear, a lid that will not close, a valve that came out of the box damaged — that is a warranty matter, and it is handled the same way: through the order page of the store, with a short description and a photo if they ask for one.

Before you send it back

• Suction slipping? Wash and dry the base and the tray, then press from the center.
• Lid too tight on the straw cup? Run it under warm water; it loosens after a few uses.
• Soap taste? Boil the piece in plain water for a few minutes.
