Before the first meal
What age are your pieces for?
Teether rings and the fruit feeder from 3 months; plates, bowls, spoons and cups from about 6 months, when solids begin.
Is your silicone safe?
Food-grade silicone free of BPA, PVC, lead and phthalates in every piece; LFGB silicone in the fruit feeder.
Do colors match across sets?
Yes. Forest, Rose, Ocean, Earth and Sand repeat across plates, bowls and cups, so pieces bought later still match.
At the table
Why does the suction slip sometimes?
Usually the tray is textured or the base is damp. Dry both and press from the center outward.
Can the bowl go in the microwave?
Yes, without the lid. Stir and check the temperature before serving.
My baby chews the cup. Is that fine?
Our rims are built for it. Replace any piece that shows bite marks deep enough to tear.
After the meal
Dishwasher or by hand?
Both. Top rack in the dishwasher, or warm soapy water.
How do I fix a stain?
Sunlight for an afternoon, or a paste of baking soda and water.
